Donning old style space suits was a chore because in weightlessness, bending forward at the hips takes more effort.

One crewman is able to duck his head enough to pull his suit on but the other crewman cannot get his head low enough to enter the bulky suit.

There is no gravity pull on the upper torso when trying to bend forward.

With a little help from a friend he gets into the space suit.
